工作說明: 

職務說明:

  1. Management Systems (ISO 9001, QC 080000, ESD, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, AEO, RBA)
  • Maintain and optimize the operations of assigned management systems, including planning and executing document control, internal audits, management reviews, issue analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-system rotations and support plans in alignment with Compliance Team’s operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to establish and monitor objectives, action plans and KPIs, and conduct root cause analyses and drive improvement projects.
  • Lead or support third-party verifications (ISO certifications, customer audits and questionnaires), ensuring that audit findings are thoroughly addressed and effectively closed.

  1. Supplier Management & Sustainability
  • Maintain the supplier management database, execute supplier evaluations, performance management, and audits, and build and sustain strong collaborative relationships with suppliers.
  • Support sustainability projects, including data collection, analysis, and consolidation.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a key contact for cross-departmental projects, cooperating with Procurement, Sales, Production teams, and other relevant departments to drive initiatives related to management systems, customer requirements, and supplier management.
  • Communicate management system requirements and customer expectations clearly and effectively across all relevant organizational levels through various channels (e.g., emails, presentations, and meetings).

  1. 管理系統(ISO 9001, QC 080000, ESD, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, AEO, RBA)
  • 維護及優化指定管理系統之運作,包含規劃並執行文件管理、內部稽核、管理審查、異常分析、矯正與預防措施及持續改善等作業。
  • 配合合規團隊之業務規劃,參與跨管理系統之輪調及支援。
  • 與相關部門共同制定及追蹤目標、行動方案及KPI,並進行異常與根本原因分析及改善專案。
  • 主導或支援第三方驗證(ISO驗證、客戶稽核及問卷),確保稽核缺失完成改善並有效結案。

  1. 供應商管理與永續發展
  • 維護供應商管理資料庫,執行供應商評估、績效管理及稽核,與供應商建立並維持良好合作關係。
  • 協助推動永續發展相關專案,包含數據蒐集、分析及彙整。

  1. 跨部門合作
  • 擔任跨部門專案窗口,與採購、業務、及生產相關部門推動管理系統、客戶要求及供應商管理相關專案。
  • 透過電子郵件、簡報、會議等溝通方式,清楚且有效地將管理系統及客戶要求傳達給相關層級。

專業能力:

  • Solid understanding of management system frameworks and operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
  • Internal or Lead Auditor certification for relevant management systems is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in management system implementation and maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing or electronics industries.
  • Experience with RBA, ESG, sustainability programs, or customer compliance requirements is highly preferred.

  • 熟悉管理系統架構及運作機制。
  • 優秀的中、英文書面及口語溝通能力。
  • 熟悉Microsoft Office等作業軟體操作。
  • 5年以上管理系統維護經驗,具製造業或電子產業相關背景尤佳。
  • 具備RBA、ESG、永續發展專案、或客戶合規要求等相關實務經驗者尤佳。

  • Internal or Lead Auditor certification for relevant management systems is a plus.
  • 具備管理系統之內部稽核員或主導稽核員證照者尤佳。
