職務說明:
1. Communicate with users to understand their system requirements.
2. Confirm system development requirements with CM customers.
3. Coordinate with the IT development team regarding system development specifications.
4. Communicate system development specifications and schedule progress with outsourced vendors.
5. Verify the quality of system development.
6. Support and assist users with system operation–related issues.
