工作說明: 

職務說明：

1.Evaluate, install, and validate new equipment.
2.Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive continuous improvement activities.
3.Manage equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and calibration programs.
4.Optimize equipment performance to improve equipment availability, production efficiency, and product quality.
5.Lead and execute equipment capacity improvement projects, identify production bottlenecks, and implement Continuous Improvement Projects.
6.Develop equipment operating procedures and training programs to ensure standardized operations and enhance operator competency.
 

1.負責新設備導入評估、安裝及驗證。
2.執行設備異常分析、故障排除及改善。
3.負責設備管理、預防保養及校正作業。
4.持續優化設備效能，提升設備妥善率、生產效率及產品品質。
5.規劃與執行設備產能提升專案，分析生產瓶頸並提出改善方案(CIP)。
6.制定設備操作標準（SOP）及教育訓練計畫。

專業能力：

1.At least 2 years of relevant experience in SMT equipment engineering or electronics manufacturing environments.
2.Strong troubleshooting, repair, and equipment optimization skills.
3.Experience with automation control systems (e.g., PLC and SCADA) and Fuji NXT equipment is preferred.

 

1.具2年以上 SMT 設備工程或電子製造相關工作經驗。
2.具機台異常分析、故障排除及維修能力。
3.具自動化控制系統（如 PLC、SCADA）與Fuji NXT 設備相關經驗者尤佳。
