職務說明:
- Plan and implement annual health promotion programs and occupational health service plans based on employees’ health conditions.
- Manage employee health programs, including health examinations for new hires and current employees (including special health examinations), case management, follow-ups, and collaboration with onsite physicians to provide health consultation and education.
- Assess occupational health risks and implement preventive measures to reduce work-related injuries, illnesses, and workplace hazards.
- Provide occupational injury and illness prevention, health consultation, and first aid or emergency medical response when necessary.
- Support the maintenance of the Health Center, including medical supplies, equipment, lactation room facilities, and assisting in the coordination and training of the First Aider team.
- Plan and support emergency preparedness and public health response, such as COVID-19, MERS, and dengue fever prevention.
- Prepare and submit required occupational health reports to government authorities in compliance with regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- 依據員工健康狀況規劃並推動年度健康促進活動,並制定與執行勞工健康服務計畫。
- 負責員工健康管理相關工作,包括新進與在職員工健康檢查(含特殊健康檢查)、個案追蹤管理,並配合臨場服務醫師提供健康諮詢與衛教服務。
- 評估職業健康風險並推動預防措施,以降低工作相關傷害、疾病及作業危害。
- 執行職業傷病防治、健康諮詢服務,並於必要時提供急救與緊急醫療處置。
- 協助健康中心之維護與日常運作,包括醫療用品與設備管理、哺(集)乳室維護,以及協助急救人員團隊之訓練與相關事務。
- 規劃並支援公司緊急應變及公共衛生事件管理,例如 COVID-19、MERS、登革熱等防疫措施。
- 依相關法規規定,辦理並申報各項健康管理與職業衛生相關資料予主管機關。
- 執行其他主管交辦事項。
專業能力:
- At least 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in a regional hospital or above.
- Familiar with Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
- Familiar with First Aid and emergency response procedures.
- 具有2-3年區域醫院以上臨床經驗
- 熟悉 職業安全衛生相關法規
- 熟悉 急救與緊急事件處理流程(First Aid / Emergency Response)
