Job Description
1.Drive sales of Kingston products (DRAM, SSD, Flash cards, USB) to channel customers in the assigned territory.
2.Build and expand channel partnerships by acquiring new customers. (Resellers, Retailers, E-tailers, System Integrators, Local manufacturers)
3.Strengthen existing customer relationships through regular visits and strategic account management.
4.Deliver impactful sales presentations and product training to align customers with market strategies and trends.
5.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
6.Secure tender deals, onboard new customers, and consistently achieve sales targets.
7.Collaborate with distributors to execute sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
8.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance; provide actionable insights to management.
9.Partner with HQ marketing team to create marketing promotions for the territory
10.Travel extensively across major cities to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
Professional Competencies
1.Qualifications:
-Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, management, engineering/IT, or related field.
-Proficiency in local languages (Bahasa Melayu, Chinese) and strong English skills; excellent English fluency preferred.
-Willing to travel regularly within Malaysia and to Singapore.
2.Required Experience:
-5 years or above sales-related experience – either in business development, account or channel management, product management, or sales management.
3.Preferred Experience:
-Sales experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
-Background in PC, consumer electronics, or mobile channels. (retail, distribution, or vendor level)
-Familiarity with enterprise solutions (servers, software, data centers, CCTV, security) or experience with System Integrators/Value-Added Resellers.
