工作說明: 

職務說明:

1.System Management & Maintenance: Manage daily operations, access control, and maintenance of SuccessFactors and other HR systems, acting as a bridge between HR, IT, and consultants.

2.Requirements & Optimization: Collect HR needs and translate them into system configurations or enhancements to improve user experience.

3.Data Management & Reporting: Ensure accuracy of HR data, design and generate reports to support decision-making.

4.User Support & Training: Provide first-line support and organize training sessions to enhance system adoption.

5.Digital Projects: Participate in implementation of new modules and features, including testing, deployment, and optimization.

6.Compliance & Governance: Support system-related policies and data security measures to meet company and regulatory standards.

7.Other HR Support: Contribute to HR data analysis and process improvement initiatives. 

 

1.HR系統管理與維護:負責SuccessFactors等HR系統的日常管理、權限控管與維運,成為團隊與IT/顧問的橋樑。

2.需求蒐集與系統優化:與HR同仁合作,理解流程需求並轉化為系統設定或改善方案,提升使用體驗。

3.資料管理與報表分析:維護人資資料正確性,建立並產出相關數據報表,支持管理決策。

4.使用者支援與教育訓練:協助解答系統使用疑問,規劃內部培訓,提升團隊系統熟悉度。

5.數位化專案參與:參與並推動新模組或功能上線,協助測試、導入與持續優化。

6.制度與合規:協助建立系統相關規範與資料安全控管,符合公司與法規要求。

7.其他HR支援項目:如人資數據需求分析、流程改善建議等。 

專業能力:

1.2+ years’ experience in HR operations or HR systems management; SuccessFactors experience a plus.

2.Familiar with HR core processes and data management; strong reporting and Excel skills.

3.Understanding of system configuration and access control; able to collaborate across teams and work independently.

 

1.2年以上HR運營或HR系統管理經驗,具SuccessFactors經驗者佳

2.熟悉HR核心流程與資料管理,具良好的報表分析與Excel能力

3.了解系統設定與權限控管,能跨部門協作並具獨立作業能力
