Job Description

  1. Responsible for the daily development, maintenance, and administration of enterprise workflow systems.
  2. Assist in the maintenance and administration of the SAP SuccessFactors system.

Professional Competencies

Required Qualifications:
1. Hands-on experience in front-end development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, and practical experience with at least one major front-end framework such as React, Vue.js, or other modern web frameworks.
2. Experience in .NET/C# development, with the ability to develop and maintain back-end services using ASP.NET Web API.
3. Practical experience in integrating front-end applications with back-end Web APIs.
4. Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one relational database management system, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
5. Strong programming, problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
6. Ability to independently deliver end-to-end development tasks, including UI design, front-end and back-end development, database development, system deployment, and maintenance, while also demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and/or SAP Integration Suite (formerly SAP CPI/INT) development or implementation projects.
2. Familiarity with modern development practices and tools such as CI/CD, Git, and DevOps.
3. Experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
4. Experience in unit testing and test-driven development practices.
5. Experience in developing workflow/approval systems.
