Job Description

We are seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team as a mental health specialist. The role includes offering frontline mental health consultation, emotional support, risk assessment, and collaboration with HR to respond to various workplace psychological concerns and promote a mentally healthy work environment.

 

1.Provide psychological consultation and initial assessment: Offer emotional support and mental health suggestions on topics such as stress management, interpersonal issues, and emotional fluctuations.
2.Case follow-up and care: Provide ongoing support and HR recommendations for cases involving abnormal performance, employee complaints, individuals with unique psychological characteristics, or those at psychological risk.
3.Provide referral recommendations and coordinate external support services: Assist in connecting employees with appropriate external mental health resources (e.g., psychological counseling, medical referrals, or social welfare services).
4.Critical Incident Support: Provide immediate assistance for sudden psychological crises or workplace trauma, along with recommendations for appropriate intervention.
5.Promote mental health awareness: Organize mental health events such as talks, workshops, or themed days throughout the year.
6.Collaborate with HR and departments to assist in developing employee mental health policies, care mechanisms, response plans, and prevention programs.
7.Support other HR-related tasks: For example, analyzing wellness survey feedback or offering suggestions based on interviews. 

Professional Competencies

1.2+ years' experience in adult psychological counseling, crisis intervention, or corporate EAP support.
2.Familiar with case tracking and follow-up systems.
3.English communication skills preferred.
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Certifications

Licensed Counseling or Clinical Psychologist (or license-eligible)
