Job Description
1.System Management & Maintenance: Manage daily operations, access control, and maintenance of SuccessFactors and other HR systems, acting as a bridge between HR, IT, and consultants.
2.Requirements & Optimization: Collect HR needs and translate them into system configurations or enhancements to improve user experience.
3.Data Management & Reporting: Ensure accuracy of HR data, design and generate reports to support decision-making.
4.User Support & Training: Provide first-line support and organize training sessions to enhance system adoption.
5.Digital Projects: Participate in implementation of new modules and features, including testing, deployment, and optimization.
6.Compliance & Governance: Support system-related policies and data security measures to meet company and regulatory standards.
7.Other HR Support: Contribute to HR data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Professional Competencies
1.2+ years’ experience in HR operations or HR systems management; SuccessFactors experience a plus.
2.Familiar with HR core processes and data management; strong reporting and Excel skills.
3.Understanding of system configuration and access control; able to collaborate across teams and work independently.
