Job Description

1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of ERP-related systems, primarily covering procurement, finance, and inventory modules.
2. Provide user support by assisting with system operations and troubleshooting related issues.
3. Verify and ensure the quality of system development.
4. Assist the project manager in communicating with internal users to understand system requirements and identify opportunities for process optimization.
5. Support coordination with external vendors for system communication and deployment.

Professional Competencies

1. Familiar with ERP system operations and business process workflows.
2. Basic knowledge of enterprise application databases (SQL).
3. Ability to communicate in English with basic project management skills.
4. Knowledge of ITIL and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
