Job Description

This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support and maintenance of computers and IT equipment to ensure the stable operation of the company’s information systems. The position also assists end users in resolving technical issues. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, and management of computer equipment, end-user support, IT asset control, and implementation of information security policies to support smooth business operations.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, video conferencing systems, and other peripherals.
2. Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner to ensure stable system performance.
3. Assist in implementing information security policies and procedures (e.g., account management, device encryption, antivirus monitoring, and patch management).
4. Deploy and upgrade operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and execute hardware refresh and replacement plans for legacy equipment.
5. Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory, tracking equipment lifecycle, change records, and inventory status.
6. Develop and maintain IT operation manuals, technical support guides, FAQs, and other knowledge base documentation.
7. Conduct regular inspections and provide support for conference room equipment to ensure meeting quality and stability.
8. Coordinate with external vendors to handle repair requests and technical support services.
9. Participate in IT projects by providing technical recommendations and execution support.
10. Maintain IT equipment in production areas to ensure stable system operations and alignment with production-related IT requirements.
11. Provide shift coverage, overtime support, or emergency assistance as needed.

Professional Competencies

【Professional Skills】
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong familiarity with the Windows operating system, with basic working knowledge of Linux and macOS.
3. Solid understanding of computer hardware architecture and network fundamentals, with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
4. Strong documentation skills with the ability to develop and follow structured processes.
5. Experience with low-code development platforms.

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Relevant IT certifications such as MOS, CompTIA A+, ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or Computer Hardware Technician certification are a plus.
2. Prior IT support experience in large enterprises or multinational companies is preferred.
