Job Description

1. Serve as the primary contact for customer quality-related issues. 
2. Lead process improvement projects for OEM customers. 
3. Develop and define quality systems and documentation for new products and processes. 
4. Follow up on in-process quality issues and facilitate cross-department communication. 
5. Apply problem-solving skills using the 8D methodology. 
6. Establish and implement Failure Analysis (FA) plans for returned samples. 
7. Manage customer audits. 
8. Execute Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP).

Professional Competencies

1. Available for overseas assignment as needed, typically lasting 3–6 months.
2. Strong communication skills in English. 
3. Proficient in QC tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, Six Sigma, and 8D. 
4. Familiar with SMT and industry standards (IPC, JEDEC, ISO, etc.). 
5.Experienced in reliability testing and failure mode analysis procedures for PCBA and component levels.
6. A minimum of one year of CQE experience is required for this role; experience in the electronics industry is a plus.
