Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations PM with strong Korean language capabilities to lead international collaboration projects. This role focuses on bridging communication between Korean-speaking stakeholders and global clients. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams and ensure project success through effective bilingual coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Language & Communication:

• • Proficiency in Korean is a primary requirement to effectively engage with Korean-speaking partners and stakeholders.
  • English communication skills for internal coordination and global project support.

• Project Management:

• • Plan and oversee project timelines and resource allocation to ensure all goals are met.
  • Proactively monitor progress and implement solutions to resolve potential issues or delays.

• Strategic Coordination:

• • Serve as the primary point of contact to integrate client requirements with internal departments.
  • Streamline information flow to ensure all stakeholders remain perfectly aligned.

• Information & Tools:

• • Manage project documentation and data analysis by using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot and other relevant software.
  • Maintain high attention to detail in all project execution and decision-making processes.

Professional Competencies

• Language Skills:

• • Korean: TOPIK Level 4 or above.
  • English: Professional working proficiency.

• Experience: 3+ years in project management, preferably in international or cross-cultural corporate environments.
• Technical Tools: Proficient in MS Office and project management software (Agile/Scrum experience is a plus).

Preferred Certifications
