Responsible for the efficiency improvement and safety control of personnel, materials and equipment in the production operation procedure, and establish the standard production capacity of production line.

1.Standard Time analysis and strong capacity planning 

2.Factory layout planning and executing 

3.SOP creation in process flow, packing and labelling related operation 

4.CIP project assignment and benefit assessment. 

5.Business travel to support worldwide in IE function.

專業能力：

1.With IE knowledge in manufacturing related experience.

2. Lean production / TOC / ECRS /IE related skills

3.Good communication in mandarin and English
