職務說明：

Working Hours
1.Early Shift: 06:00–15:00
2.Occasional weekend rotation or overtime support may be required to meet production needs
 
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
2.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production abnormalities
3.Manage AVI equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and program optimization.
4.Analyze and integrate production data to improve manufacturing efficiency and performance.
5.Execute Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to enhance process capability and productivity.
 
工作時間
1.固定早班：06:00–15:00。
2.依生產需求，需配合假日輪值或加班安排。
 
工作內容
1.制定及維護標準作業程序、作業文件及教育訓練教材。
2.生產異常真因分析，並推動改善與預防措施。
3.維護 AVI 設備、異常排除及程式優化管理。
4.整合與分析生產數據，提升製造效率與生產績效。
5.執行持續改善專案（CIP），提升製程能力與生產效益。

專業能力：

1.At least 3 years of experience in SMT, AOI, or electronics manufacturing environments.
2.Familiar with common electronics manufacturing processes, as well as 8D, FMEA, and quality improvement methodologies.
3.Experienced in AOI equipment operation, programming, and troubleshooting.
 
1.具 3 年以上 SMT、AOI 或電子製造相關工作經驗。
2.熟悉電子製造流程以及 8D、FMEA 與品質改善工具。
3.具 AOI 設備操作、程式編輯及異常排除能力。
